Following the main strategic goals and the results of specialized auditing we usually take part in designing the sales and price policies and marketing & communication strategy, including the detailed price and communication aspects. Further points of interest consist in co-solving both, purely technical (e.g. organization and management, IT, internal/ external communication and PR, and implementation of CRM systems etc.), and HR aspects, such as e.g. reward and motivation systems, manning parameters, selection & training of personnel and coaching etc.

Special attention is paid to Sales & Marketing within all of our "open training programs".
