Project Management (PMG)
We brought this topic to the Czech market as far back as 1992 and I dare say we´re among the leading firms here within this realm. We´re not only involved in theoretic issues (e.g. teaching and training PM in our training programs as a preparation for PMA certification). Our co-operation also pertains to designing whole systems and personalized procedures, supervising and managing the implementation and the execution of "pilot" projects etc. Since PMG is a favorite area of interest for us, we have either supervised or managed a couple of projects on an "interim" basis. Special attention is paid to PMG within all of our "open training programs".
