We have executed appr. 11 projects of this kind, whereby our task was to mediate in the negotiations, to design the target form, to control legal, economic, financial, tax, labour-law a.o. steps, and to supervise & manage the whole project. With keep in touch with some of the firms in question, on a "ad-hoc" consultancy basis.
