Forms an integral part of our endeavors in practically every assignment. Our co-operation covers the whole realm, starting with different specialized surveys (e.g. internal climate, satisfaction etc.), assessment and selection of key personnel and coaching, re-designing of job-positions, rewarding and motivational systems, including the management of the implementation process. We "cherish" the HR to the extent that we´ve already developed and introduced onto the market 5 years ago are own "Intranet Personnel Assessment System".
