How?



Based on our experience, the following procedure seems to be the most effective one:

  1. Let us have your description & perception of the situation by e-mail to: ivor@iavconsulting.com
  2. Within three working days upon its receipt at the latest, we shall contact you in order to verify our comprehension and to get a thorough insight into your problem. If need be, we may ask you to furnish us with supplementary information and/or details that both parties deem important for finding a variety of possible solutions
  3. Number of e-mails thus exchanged is in no way limited, the extent of them usually not exceeding 3-5 messages by both parties
  4. Assuming we reach an agreement a meeting in person may be beneficial, prior to meeting you we would ask you to fill in our "structured questionnaire" and would suggest a date & time of a meeting at our premises in Prague. We consider a duration of appr. 2 hours would be quite adequate for the purpose
  5. The outcome of this meeting, which is already paid for, may consist in a mutual deal to start co-operation, the conditions of which (i.e. exact scope & goals, outputs, time-frame, technical and financial etc.) are mostly set on the spot. Alternatively, we may come to the conclusion that co-operation would not be appropriate or possible at all
  6. In any case, it is with this personal meeting that the starting phase of eCONSULTANCY is completed.
